- comment: The view Dean and I had while stuck behind a cattle drive on our way to Crater Lake. Note the massive amount of cattle poo and whiz on the road.

- comment: A different view of the dining room on the same day. If you look closely you can see my Playstation and a big pile of laserdiscs in the back corner. Nowadays the dining room is utterly empty except for the mountain bike.

- comment: When I was a kid my grandfather and I spent a decent portion of each summer backpacking in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness Area. It looks like it was a cold, wet day when this was taken.

- comment: Seth, Brian, Lori, and I went on a dayhike up Snoqualmie off of I90 somewhere. Brian took this picture with my camera. I'm the one with the crooked sunglasses on my head. On the way down I split off from them and ran/climbed/swam my way down the river and met up with them at the trailhead. It was great fun.

- comment: I had a Canon printer that I used a total of two times in a two year span before it quit working. The head got screwed up and wouldn't allow ink through the screen. It really annoyed me. Now I have an HP where you replace the whole head when changing out the ink.

- comment: After moving into my rented house I discovered a distinct problem with spiders. I got rid of a ton of them right when I moved in via bug bombs, the shop vac, and toilet paper squishings. In like March or April I saw something out of the corner of my eye and thought it was a mouse. Turns out it was actually a very large spider about the size of a mouse. A month or so later I captured a picture of the this spider that is still quite large but only half the size of the first big one.
