apache 2.0 custom

This is a debian build of apache 2.0.63 that behaves more like a standard install of apache rather than the screwy way Debian does it. Features are statically compiled in. mod_ssl is enabled. Certs are auto-generated by the post-install if certs aren't already present. A functional default configuration for both http and https is included.

Note that this is not meant to be a redistribution of the apache source code. This is primarily just a debian packaging mechanism with some convenience features built in. httpd-2.0.63 source is included as part of the package under the src directory. This source should be identical to a fresh download from apache.org. It can be replaced by subsequent versions without affecting the integrity of the packaging mechanism.

Feel free to make modifications to the build process. If you feel that they are useful changes it would be appreciated if said changes were emailed back to the maintainer in unified dif format.

This version was built under a 2.6 linux kernel and probably will not work on a box running a 2.4 kernel.
